DOVER AIR RAID
TO MAKE A HOLIDAY THRILL.
(Received April 25, 12.30 p.m.)
LONDON, 24th April. The air raid caused immense excitement among the holiday makers at Dover, who flocked into the streets in thousands, in spite of the regulations. The firing of the anti-aircraft, guns was their first intimation of the raid. The Taube was visible, through glasses, hurrying seaward.
