CROWN THEATRE.
The Crown Theatre, Molesworthstreet, will be opened on Saturday evening. ■ The box plan for Saturday night and for the five following nights will open at.the Bi-istol Piano" Company to-morrow morning. The Hon. A. L. Herdman and the Mayor (Mr. J. P. Luke) have extended their patronage to the theatre. The first programme will include a Red Feather feature comedy entitled "Mrs. Plum's Pudding," in which the leading role will be taken by Miss Marie Tempest, an acknowledged queen of comedy. "Mrs. Plum's Pudding" was ' produced at Universal City, California, the city where the whole population is engaged in the production of moving pictures The comedy, is said to be of a delightfully original character. Miss Tempest is supported by a company of picture players all of whom are clever and capable. The programme will include other pictures, dramatic, topical," and comic, tjhe whole promising a good evening's entertainment.
