BRITISH, ITALIAN, SERVIAN AND PORTUGUESE PRESENT!
PARIS, 22nd April. M. Poincare, President of France, is opening the Inter-Parliamentary Economic Conference- in the Palace of the Luxembourgs, Paris. The delegates include forty-two British Parliamentarians, High Commissioners, and Agents-Gene-ral, forty-three Italian Deputies, fourteen Servian, and ten Portuguese.
