WELLINGTON HARRIERS
At the annual meeting of the Wellington Harrier Club, held last week, Mr- W. H. Pollock presided over a fair attendance. In moving the adoption of the report the chairman said that the club's strength before tbe war was 31, and no fewer than 22 members had enlisted.-. Of this number, G. Weston, of the Main Body,\vas killed in action, and C. D. Thomson was drowned when the Marquette was torpedoed. It was decided to combine with the Olympic and Scottish Clubs, the following to bo the officers for the Wellington Club for the coming season:—-President, Mr. J. C. Cusack; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. E. Whyte, W. H. Bennett, J. H. Pollock, R. M'Tilly, W. H. Pollock, M. Burnett, A. A. Marryatt, F. Wilton, and C. G. Wilson ;<-captain, Mr. T. Farrington; . vioo-captain, Mr. J Peart; committee: Messrs. R H. Eagle, C. Fisher, C. Caddick ; treasurer, Mr. W. B. Bennett; secretary, Mr. W. Donaldson; hon. auditor, Mr. H.
