THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WELLINGTON hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to borrow, by way of Special Loan, within the meaning of " The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," the sum of £15,330, for the following purpose:— Provision of a drainage system within tho portion of the Borough of Karori described in the Schedule to " The Wellington and Karori Sanitation and Water Supply Act, 1915." The Council proposes to pledge a Special Rate of twopence and one-twentieth of a penny (2 l-20d) in tho £1 on tho unimproved value of all rateable property within the area defined m the Schedule to " The Wellington and Karori Sanitation and Water Supply Amendment Act, 1915," as security for the said, Loan of £15,330 and interest and sinking fund thereon. It is proposed that the whole amount of the Loan shall be repayable at the expiration of a term of twenty-five (25) years, computed from the Ist day of July, 1916.
