GERMANY'S LITTLE BILL

TO BE PRESENTED TO THE ALLIES. BERNE, 18th April. At a recent conference of German bankers, the German Imperial Finance Minister (Dr Helfferich) declared that Germany would impose a war indemnity of at least fifty thousand millions of marks (about £2,150.000,000).
