DECISION OF A PUBLIC MEETING.

(II TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)

NAPIER, This Day.

Madame Boeufve and Miss Beatrice Day, of the Anti-German League, addressed a meeting of 700 people in the Municipal Theatre last evening, Mr. Vigor Brown presiding. The following motion was enthusiastically earned:

"That this meeting is of opinion that the Government erred in allowing Lieut. Grierson to wear the King's uniform and to return to camp after the disclosures revealed at the recent Commission."
