FOR PROMOTION
In accordance Avjth the request of the New Zealand Defence Minister General Godley has recommended five New Zealanders now in England, for commissions in the Imperial Army. Those whom he has recommended are Sergt Major Friedlander, Sergt. H. E. How ard, Sergt.- G. R. L. Porter, Sergt. H. Erlam, Trooper A. Strang.
The Minister has approved the recommendations.
