SYDNEY, This Day.
Sir.', Holman, Premier of New South Wales, announced that the - question of the electoral V disabilities of Germans would be submitted to Parliament Naturalised Germans-would be debarred from participating in municipal elections. .; Other precautions would include the renewal of the oath of allegiance and declarations of loyalty. ■ •■-•,..
