The Spectator proposes a general ad valorem .tariff of 10 per cent., and a re. bate of 5 per cent., on bona fide. Imperial products, to increase the revenue. It will be necessary also, it says, to impose an increase in taxation which Will touch all classes. It. is essential to set more ships free to carry munitions for the troops.
