SELLING BEER WITHOUT A LICENSE
(BT TEUMIUPII.—PRUSS A33OCUTIOH.) AUCKLAND, 21st January. The proprietor ot the Mansion boardinghouse at Kawau Island was fined £20 for selling beer without a license. The Magistrate said thu place was well conducted, and the liquor was apparently kept more as a convenience for boarders than for profit.
