(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) SYDNEY, 20th January. List No. 134 includes the following New Zealanders :—

111. Sergt. H. Rankin (in hospital at Ghez'ireh), Btes. P. A. Black (Helio; polis), J. H. Bichmond (Ghezireh), A. G. Potter (Malta), J. darken (Malta): wounded and missing, Pto. G. H. Logan; returned to duty, Ptes. B. Pelvin and G. Hargraves- The list states that Brigadier-General Wallack, the NewSouth Wales Commandant in West Egypt, is on a health, trip and dangerously ill.

Mr. Edward' Armit (a son, of Mr. Joseph Armit, of Wellington), who began his journalistic career on the Evening Post and for some years past has been on the literary staff of the Sydney Daily Telegraph, has enlisted with the Australian Expeditionary Forces, and will arrive in Wellington nest Monday on a visit to his relatives here before' leaving for the' front. Another brother, Colin, is already serving with the Australian, forces, and a third, Eoland (formerly of the Southland Times staff) is a noncommissioned officer in the New Zealand Rifle Brigade, and leaves with tienext draft of that force. The partial eclipse of the moon was plainly visible in Wellington last night, despite the fact that many black cloijds hovered around the sky. There was "nothing exceptional about the eclipse, and a casual observer, not expecting to find anything out of the usual,. would probably have missed it altogether. Only, a very small portion was covered. j An agreement was reached with ■ the I crew of the Union Company's tug Terawhiti, which sailed for Dunedin last evening with the Te Anau in tow. Firemen were engaged at £5 for the first four days and £1 a day afterwards till the vessel returns to Wellington. The deck hands signed on for £5 for the run.
