A telegram from Nisli (Servia) states that the Kaiser met King Ferdinand yesterday, and exchanged. the most cordial greetings. Ho watched from the Citadel a march-past of Bulgarian, Macedonian, and German troops. The Kaisar presented King Ferdinand .with a Field. Marehal'B baton;, and .King.
Ferdinand appointed the Kaiser Colonel-in-Chief of an infantry regiment. The Kaiser's retinue included General yon Falkenhayn (Chief of Staff), General yon Mackensen, an Admiral, and several generals. King Ferdinand's retinue consisted of two Princes and the Premier (M. Radoslavoff).
