LONDON, 19th J&nuary. The Frankfurter Zeitung says that Italy's Balkan policy was permanently over, just as Russia's had ended, when Gallipoli was evacuated. Tlie Montenegrin and Servian Kings have fled. Austria, Greec-;, Bulgaria, and Turkey, Jed on by Germany, will share in the new politic *1 structure, so terminating the confusion of centuries.. ■
