TE ANAU GOES SOUTH

The old Te Anau, which is to undergo alterations at Dunedin, left Wellington shortly before 7 o'clock last evening in tow of the Terawhiti. The latter vessel was commanded by Captain Hales, whose officers are as follow :— Chief officer, Mr Schmidt (late Komata); second, Mr. G. H. King (late third Pateena). Mr J. Rankin is chief engineer; Mr H. G. Isaac (late Mapourika) second, and Mr. W. C. Hampton (late Mana), third.
