THE KING'S.
"The Awakening," with Anita Stewart and Eftrle Williams in the lead, has proved a. very strong attraction at the King's Theatre this week It will be shown again to-night and to-morrow night, and there will be a matinee tomorrow afternoon at 2.30. The other pictures shown are excellent.
A picture of special interest will be shown next week, commencing on Monday night. This is "My Old Dutch," by the London-Ideal Co., with Albert Chevalier and Florence Turner as the costeT and his "old dutch"—the term of endearment used by the London coster for his wife. The picture is said to be an unusual one—laughter and tears intermingling throughout. The art of Chevalier needs no praise The film will be shown for the first time in Wellington. It is an altogether different ; picture and subject from that with a somewhat similar title shown here a few weeks ago.
