Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Advertisements inserted by the month ■or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for ks if inserted for the full term. While every care is exercised in regard to the insertion of advertisements, the Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for errors ot the non-insertion through accident or from other causes: and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course o£ business. .
