COLONEL AYLMER'S ADVANCE WEATHER HAS MODERATED. (Received January 21, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, 21st January. Mr. Austen' Chamberlain (Secretary of State for India) announced in the House of Commons that the weather in Mesopotamia had moderated. Col. Aylmer was continuing his advance, and the latest news was that he was seven miles from Kut el Amara.
