"THE SHULAMITE."
On Monday night the King' 6 Theatre »iH present the latest release of the London Film Company, "The Shulamite," from the well-known book by Alice and Claude Askew. The production is said to eclipse all previous pictures by the London Company, both from the intensity and power of the story and the quality of the acting, as well as the beauty of photography. The story deals with life on a South African farm, and the love and jealousy of the old Boer, Simeon Krillet, for his young wife,, whom he compares with "the Shulamite of the Scriptures." The young i»nd unhappy Englishman, Waring, wins the love of the young wife, and the drama develops to a startling climax. The picture is a "strong" one,.and appeals more to the adult mind, to'whom its beauty is apparent.
