SERVIAN ARMY
STILL 150,000 FIRST LINE TROOPS.
(TIMES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES.)
LONDON, 6th January
Mr. Ward Price, the war correspondent, reports that the remnants of. the Servian .Army are greater than was estimated, and amount to probably 150,000 first-line troops.
The Bulgars are'disinclined to take the risk of being made a German catspaw.' They claim that 'Servia has been conquered, and the railway between Belgrade and Constantinople restored, and therefore their part of the bargain has concluded. They consider that an attack on the Allies in Macedonia must be the subject of a fresh arrangement, including a territorial reward in Greek Macedonia, which Germany, is unable to promite; hence the existing perplexity,
