TRENTHAM APPOINTMENTS

9ths ON ACTIVE SERVICE.

The 9th Reinforcements in camp at Trentham have now been placed on active service.

The balance-sheet of the canteen funds for the 9th, 10th and 11th Reinforcements shows that £1978 was received by way of rents, etc. Of this amount £1054 has been given to the 9th Reinforcements, leaving £891 which has been placed to the credit of the lOths and llths. Lieut. F. H. E. Morgan has taken over command and payment of B Company 9th, and Lieut. G. Mills command and payment of F Company 9th. The following temporary appointments of n.c.o.'s have been approved by the Camp Commandant (Lieut.-Colonel H. E. Potter):— Headquarters Staff. To be corpora], Pte. T. Austin. 9th Reinforcements.
