A sudden and unexpected storm disconcerted the enemy, whose costly mudworks 'are now becoming liquefied into rivers. The trenches were made untenable owing to tho inrush of water. Many prisoners taken were frostbitten. Numbers' of Germans are surrendering, consequent on a Russian placard being issued that deserters would bo taken in daily at a certain place and hour.
