GERMAN TERMS REJECTED.

LONDON, 30th December.
Prince yon, Bulow made overtures to the representative of the Allies at Berne, stating the terms on which Germany was prepared to negotiate for peace. The overtures were rejected.
• [It was stated a few days ago that Prince yon Bulow had been sent, to Switzerland to create an atmosphere of peace.]
