(By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received January 3, 1.20 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, 2nd January. A Vienna message states that a bridge was opened over the Save, near Belgrade, on Friday, re-establishing railway communication with Turkey and Bulgaria. It is claimed that Belgrade is normal. Most of the inhabitants have returned.
