TWO INQUESTS
Two inquests were conducted by the Coroner, Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., at the Hospital this morning. The first concerned the death of Herbert Henry Hobday, a youth 17 years of age, who died on 15th December as the result of a bullet wound accidentally inflicted. The evidence of the family was to the effect that the boy had been in the habit o{ going in and out of his bedroom window. On this occasion he evidently slipped when going out of the window, with the revolver, which he used in shooting at rats, in his hand. The Coroner foind that death was caused by shock and hemorrhage due to a bullet wound in ike head accidentally received.
The second enquiry, which was only partially heard, was touching the death °[ Mrs. Marjory Mitchell, who vied at the Hospital on 15th December, follo-^n-injuries sustained in a train accident ai letone on 11th December.
