A QUESTION OF NATIONALITY. (Received December 18, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON. 17th December. The King's Bench gave judgment for Sir Ernest Cassel and Sir Edgar Speyer in the case in which decrees nisi were granted calling upon them to prove that they were entitled to membership of the Privy Council. [The applicant alleged that neither was born within the Empire, or is of English parentage, hence they were incapable of belonging to the Privy Council "Who's Who" for 1915 states that Sir Krnest Cassel was born in Cologne. Sir Edgar Speyer's birthplace is not given, but he is a son of Gustavus Speyer, and was educated at Frankfort-on-3ilain, and is married to a. daughter of Ferdinand, ICottofc von.Si»s?hJ- '
