BYLAW CASES

Several bylaw cases were dealt with by Mr. D. G. A. Cooper. S.M., yesterday.

Thomas Connelly for having driven a taxi-cab on Lambton-quay without a tail light was fined 6s, with 7s costs.

William Hedges and John Listor were each fined ss, with 7s costs, for having left their vehicles unattended without" locking the wheels. For having ridden a motor-cycle in Willis-street at night without a' light. Arthur Turner was fined 10s, with 7s costs.

Robert Cornwall, charged with having allowed a. horse to wan Her at Johnsonville, was fined ss. with 12s costs.

John Nash, charged with having erected a building a-fc Minimal- without a permit, was fined ss, with 7s costs.
