STATEMENT BY CHANCELLOR OF
THE EXCHEQUER,

The Chancellor of the Exchequer (Mr. Reginald M'Kenna) states that the capital wealth of the United Kingdom is 'roughly estimated at fifteen thousand millions, and the annual income at £2,400,000,000.
