BONAR LAW HAD INTENDED TO RESIGN.
LONDON, 4th November. The Globe states that Mr. Bonar Law was in almost complete agreement with Sir Edward Carson, and bad intended to resign at the same time as the latter did, hut was induced to reconsider his decision.
