ON DVINSK FRONT
GERMANS ADMIT WITHDRAWAL.
PARIS, 4th November
A wireless message from Berlin states : The Russians continue their attacks on the Dvinsk front. They stormed our positions four times, with' extraordinarily heavy losses. We have been forced to withdraw our lines between Sventen Islen and Lanus. The Russians have captured tho village of Mekulischki.
