"CAPTURE" OF A NORWEGIAN VESSEL. ' (Received October 18, 9.30 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, 16th October. The Norwegian steamer Eira, with six thousand bales of cotton, which Jeft Gothenburg for Copenhagen, took aboard a"n uncertificated pilot. As the Eira entered the Kattegat a German torpedo boat captured her, and is bringing her to Germany. Another torpedo boat landed the so-called pilot at Helsingfors.
