Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. insert an amended list of business and residential properties which they have on their books for private sale ; they also advertise to let a number of houses, both furnished and unfurnished, offices, and storeroom accommodation. Williams, commencing 27th October and lasting up to the 29th, beginning at 11 a.m. each day. The contents of thirty rooms will be sold, including piano and an organ. Catalogues will be posted on application. At 1.30 p.m. on Tuesday, Messrs. C. W. Price and Co. are selling the contents of ten Tooms at the mart, 60, Lamb-ton-quay.
