JAPANESE MUNITIONS FOR RUSSIA.
(Times and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received October 1, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 30th September. The Tokio press announces that, in agreement to a request to supply Russia with munitions, the State factories are being greatly extended. The project is being backed 'by England ar r u France.
