TURKEY'S DECISION. (Received September 11, 2.20 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 10th Sept. Official.— The Porte has decided to compensate the owners of property damaged by hostile bombardments which conflict with principles of humanity, from the value of the property of oa- I tionals of the hostile countries. j BEARING MANY CROSSES GERMAN AEROPLANE CAPTURED.
