White was ordered to pay £5 9s 4d to Herb Price by 21st September, in default five days' imprisonment ; B. Rhodes was ordered to pay £1 12s to ■ W. Phillips and Son by instalments of 3s per week, first payment on 13th September ; Robert Glennie was ordered to pay £13 13s 6d to Edward Ewart Welsh by instalments of £2 per month, first payment on 13tb September. DEFENDED CASE. Henry Archdale Godfrey claimed the sum of £10 commission on sale of motorcycle, from J. E. Fitzgerald. After evidence had been heard, judgment was reserved.
