EVERY AVAILABLE MAN
10 THJ EDITOR Sir,— ln spite of all the so-called "explanations" as to why "every available man" is needed from Australia, but only a tithe of those offering are needed from New Zealand, the loyalists still ask— • Why? If the Government is to have the confidence of the citizens of this Dominion it will need send to the front, in this hour of dire national peril, "every available man." We have them and they are longing to go, but the Government only wants a certain percentage. I cannot find language to express my disappointment in our Government, and thousands feel as I do in this matter. — I am, etc.. ) TOLD TO WAIT FOUR MONTHS. 13th July, 1915.
