The German Imperial Chancellor (Herr yon Bethmann-Hollweg) and the Secretary ' for Foreign Affairs (Herr yon Jagow) -are conferring with the Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs (Count Burian de Rajece) at Vienna. There is much speculation over the conference, in view of the recent peace talk in Germany and the financial situation.
