NON-CONTRABAND CARGO NEW AMERICAN NOTE TO BRITAIN.
(Received June 26, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, 25th June. A new American Note is being prepared lor despatch to Great Britain. It will insist that non -contraband cargo consigned to neutral ports, regardless of its eventual destination, shall not be molested.
