MUST BE STOPPED. (TIUIS AND SIbKBT SUN SERYtCM.) (Received June 26, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 25th June. The Board of Trade has decided that trading with Germans in China must be stopped. A proclamation will be issued prohibiting trade _ between British branches of firms in enemy countries with China and Siam. [Lord Robert Cecil (Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office), in the House of Commons, said that the Government had decided to prohibit trading with the enemy in China or other countries. He promised to enquire into a statement that certain London banks were discounting enemy firms' bills at Hongkong.]
