At the Supreme Court Mr. ' Justice Cooper gave judgment on the application by Soren Marius Mikkelson.to have an order of the Court varied so that he might have access to his little girl, 11 years old, "who was the central figure in a sensational abduction incident' a couple of years ago. His Honour had inter* viewed th© girl in company with Dr. Lindsay. _ The' latter said the girl was evidently in perpetual fear of her father. His Honour's judgment was that it would be highly detrimental to the physical and mental health of the girl if access by the father were permitted, even -under the most stringent precautions. _ Hb declined to vary the order, ahd dismissed the application with costs, "
