VOTES FOR DANISH WOMEN.

The Danish Cabinet has made a compromise with all the parties of the Ribsdag (Parliament) about the Constitution Bill, which has been under discussion since October, 1912. An arrangement was made to the effect that the King should sign the Constitution on Constitution Day, sth June, the anniversary of the Constitution of sth June, 1849. The principal provfSTtms in the new Constitution will be that the privileged voters to the Landsting (Upper House) are abolished, that all men and women have a right of vote for both Chambers, and that the age for voting at the elections to the Folketing (House of Commons), which is now 30 years, will be reduced to 25 years. For the right of vote to the Landsting the age of 35 years is necessary.
