MR. LLOYD GEORGE'S DUTIES. DIRECTING MUNITIONS SUPPLY. LONDON, 26th May. The official Cabinet announcement adds :— Mr. Lloyd George has undertaken the formation and temporary direction of a ministry charged with organising the supply of munitions, of war. During his tenure of office he will vacate the Chancellorship. His Majesty, the "King has conferred on Lord Haldane the Order of Merit.
