ENEMY LOSES HEAVILY (Received April 29, 9,25 a.m.) PETROGRAD, 28th April. Besides the outer forts of the Bosphorus, the Russian fleet on Sunday bombarded Anatole Kayak, Rumeli Kayak, and also Majar, further south, at close range for several hours. They inflicted heavy losses. [Anatole Kayak and Rumeli Kayak are both five miles within the Bosphorus, being on the Asiatic and European'sides af the strait respectively.]
