PROPOSED LABOUR CONGRESS
«. Unions are being invited by the United Federation of Labour to send delegates to a Labour congress to be held in Wellington in July. The congress is not restricted to those unions affiliated with the Federation *, and any subjects of interest to Labour will be discussed if unions send remits forward. Particular attentioni will be paid to the question of the effect of the war upon Labour. After the Union Congress a conference will be held by the Fed&ratioii of Labour..
