(BT TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GISBORNE, This Day. The wool sale conducted yesterday afternoon was the beet ever held inGisborne. An. ordinary catalogue was submitted, and eleven buyers were present, including representatives from Auckland, Napier, and Hastings firms. Competition was keen, and prices were Id to l^d higher than at the previous sale, and stated to be 2d higher than last Napier sale. The top prices realised were :—: — Fleece 13d, lambs 13d, 'crutohings 9fd, locks 7^d, dead 10£ d, Dieces 9d, slipe 12Jd, skins 10£ d, hidee 9£d.
