Argument was heard at tho Supremo Court on Saturday on the question of costs in regard to the summons by the liquidation of the British Empire Petroleum Company to enforce payment of application moneys due by Mrs. Hadley, of Auckland, John Hardley, of Auckland, J W. Hardley, of Auckland, and Te Heu Heu Tukino, of Wellington. His Honour Mr. Justice Hocking today awarded Mrs. Hadley and Tc Heu Heu Tukino coste £10 10s each and disbursements Mr. D. R. Hoggard appeared for the company, Mr. IM. Myers for. Mrs. Hadley, and Mr. A. W. Blair for Te Heu Heu , Tukino.
