A STORMY CONFERENCE. SPLIT ABOUT ATROCITIES. LONDON, 21st February. It transpires that the secret session of the International Socialists' Conference in London was extremely stormy. French and Belgian delegates moved
resolutions holding Germany responsible for the Belgian atrocities. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald and Mr. Keir HAvdie opposed, insisting that the atrocities had not been scientifically proved.
