UNLIMITED COAL FOR ITALY
GERMAN OFFER DECLINED., ROME, 20th February. Signor Cabrini, a. member of the Ch&mber of Deputies, states that Germany offered Italy unlimited coal in exchange for 30,000 skilled Italian* to work German mines. The offer was declined.
