FLOUR IN GERMANY
PRIVATE PERSONS TO DIVULGE' HOLDINGS. (Received February 10. 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, 9th February. The German Federal Council has adopted a regulation empowering municipalities to compel persons to divulge flour in their poseeselon under one hundred kilogrammes (220 pounds weight) and the expropriation of any quantity exceeding twenty-five (55 pounds). Cards have been distributed to householders in' Greater Britain, entitling thorn to purchase bread in quantities proportionate to their families.
