A BIG PROPOSITION. SYDNEY. Bth February. Speaking at a rifle club meeting, i Colonel Wallack (New South Wales District Commandant) said that he was afraid that the bigger proportion of Australians had not gripped the idea of what a tremendous struggle we were up against. It was a big proposition, and he felt sure that John Bull would have to do the major part of the wotk.
